Job summary
Barts Health is looking to recruit into the role of Data Quality Correction, a dynamic, highly motivated and conscientious individual who is able to work on their own initiative. The candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, together with attention to detail. The post holder must be flexible with their approach to decision making and problem solving. This post requires an enthusiastic, adaptable and committed person.
Main duties of the job
Provides ongoing admin support to the management team to help resolve day to day problems independently and to act as the first point of contact for enquiries from stakeholders.
The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that the patient administration system contains accurate information, ranging from the validation of pathways, to ensuring the accuracy of demographic data, accurate commissioning information and assisting operational efficiency measures.
Data Quality (DQ) issues will be raised on the Trusts Alemba system, this system will be routinely monitored by the post holder to ensure that all DQ issues are appropriately acted upon.
The post-holder will utilise the Trust's Patient Tracking List (PTL), Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports and Trust Service desk queue (Infra) to identify and validate a patient pathway. This involves actively validating patient data on admitted and non-admitted care pathways to support the Trust in achieving the national RTT and Data Quality performance targets
