We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic MCA band 2 to step up into a Band 3 MSW to work within the FMU and MM Team. The role will include assisting and supporting client who have been re referred to FMU or MM for high-risk antenatal care. Main duties of the job
Fetal Medicine is the branch of medicine that provides care for the fetus (or fetuses) and mother and her family. This includes the assessment of fetal growth and well-being and the diagnosis and management of fetal disorders (including fetal abnormalities) and counselling and support for parents.
Specialised services for women cover rare or complex conditions and/or unusual treatments as well as more common conditions where the severity or uncertainty of a particular case and/or co-morbidities necessitates treatment in a specialist Centre.
