IMPROVEMENT AND TRANSFORMATION PROGRAMME MANAGER (Band 8C)

The Improvement and Transformation team is a corporate team established to support delivery of the Trust's vision. The team provides leadership, management, and direction for improvement and transformation programmes, using Quality Improvement methodology to enable delivery.
Main duties of the job
We are now seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and capable Programme Managers to drive forward the Trust's exciting improvement and transformation agenda. The Programme Managers will lead a team to support a variety of major programmes which are clinically led and currently include outpatients, unplanned care, elective recovery, and patient safety. These programmes work across the group and with the different Trust hospitals.
If you have significant experience in leadership in the delivery of improvement and transformation programmes in a large, complex organisation, we would like to hear from you. Candidates will have leadership skills, the ability to work flexibly and to tight timescales across multiple teams. Working with minimal supervision and within a matrix management structure postholders will work within the Improvement and Transformation Programme Team, and with senior operational and clinical teams across the Trust.
Travel to different hospital sites within the Barts Health Group and to other partner organisation will be necessary.
