THERAPY OUTPATIENT B3 ADMINISTRATOR
(1 x Part Time 22.5hrs)
Whipps Cross Hospital
We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills to join our friendly Outpatient Therapy team at Whipps Cross Hospital.
The successful candidate will be required to provide administrative support to both Orthotics and Therapy department. The main duties will be providing full administration support to both services, being the first point of contact to patients and staff, be able to deal with queries and liaise with staff directly.
You will be required to be able to communicate clearly and effectively with a wide range of people including staff and patients. The ability to prioritise work and problem solve is essential.
You will need to be confident in using Word and Excel with the ability to maintain accurate databases and audits. Experience with Oracle, Healthroster and Cerner would be an advantage, however full training will be provided if required.
The successful applicant will work within a team alongside Band 2 and Band 3 staff. You will be supported by the Therapy Administration Manager.
The Administrator may be required to work at Whipps Cross Hospital and other Trusted Sites. The role may include working evenings and possibly weekends.

The aim of the role is to provide full Administrative duties this includes supporting the Physiotherapy Outpatient Department, Pain, Rheumatology and Orthopaedics service, including working alongside the MSK Extended Scope Therapy Service.
