We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated senior nurse to join our outstanding corporate nursing team .You will be responsible to lead and coordinate and development in target areas the delivery of specific nursing development and promotion of high quality care. support the Royal London and the Mile End site to effectively and creatively engage our internal and external stakeholders, patients, and patient panel improving initiative that delivers positive patient experiences. You will be the key contact for patient experience and initiatives across the Royal London and Mile End Hospital.

You will also establish and oversee efficient administrative and business systems to support the directorate so that we can deliver a high quality care and outstanding patient experience. A strong customer service attitude and collaborative approach is key
Main duties of the job
An exciting opportunity is available for a senior nurse patient experience lead role for the Royal London and Mile End hospital. The post holder will be responsible to lead and coordinate development in targeted areas in the delivery of specific nursing development and promotion of high quality of care. Key to the role is the use of transformational leadership and will play an important part in the embedding of high standards of care across divisions in Royal London and Mile End Hospitals.
The post holder will work closely with Divisional directors and leads, patient panel, ward managers and PALs in developing and improving initiatives that delivers positive changes. The role holder will be the key contact for patient experience and initiatives across the sites.
