Barts Health NHS Trust are looking to appoint a confident Senior HR Advisor with a proven track record of providing a comprehensive employee relations service.
Main duties of the job
You will be required to deliver guidance, advice, and tools to managers on a range of Employee Relation matters and effectively coach and train them to skilfully manage processes through Trust Policies.

- Generalist HR experience demonstrating competence across the range of HR functions
- Track record of providing specialist HR advice to services and managers in a multi-disciplinary team environment
- Track record of successfully advising managers on a range of Employee Relations issues including complex cases with minimal supervision.
- Ability to self-manage and prioritise conflicting demands.
- Experience of working as an HR Advisor in in the public sector or in a large complex organisation with union recognition
- Proven effective problem solving ability
- Experience of supporting change management in a complex, unionized environment

- Experience of working with business performance metrics/data to guide and direct strategy
- Experience of interpreting and applying HR knowledge to workforce management
