In the main working with the Consultants, SAS and Locally Employed Doctors who account for approximately 2200 Doctors within the total number.

  • Experience of working within a Medical staffing function.

Desirable

  • Operational experience in working with Allocate, Consultant / SAS E-Job Plan
  • Operational experience in delivering job planning training to both consultants and managers.
  • Experience in working with appraisals for Medics

Experience

  • Knowledge of Consultant/ SAS contract/ terms and conditions.
  • Have the ability to articulate detailed information.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of job planning and appraisals/ revalidation.

Knowledge

Essential

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications, specifically Excel.

Desirable

  • ESR knowledge/ experience
