Director of Elective Performance and Improvement - Band 9
The Director of Elective Improvement will continue to strive to enable Barts Health NHS Trust to become a leader in the delivery of elective care for the population of East London.

Main duties of the job
We are looking for a practice, skilled, compassionate and inclusive leader who has significant operational experience within elective care and has a good understanding of RTT rules and principles. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and directing the day to day management of the Trust RTT Improvement and Outsourcing team. They will be required to have good interpersonal and influencing skills and will work closely with Hospital Clinical and Operational teams to delivery access and activity targets relating to elective care.
The ability to work with complexity and with multiple stakeholders across the Trust, Acute Provider Collaborative, Integrated Care System is a critical part of this role.
