Job summary
We are looking for an energetic and ambition People Partner to join us here at the Royal London and Mile End Hospital sites. We are a busy and fast paced service, with an ambitious people agenda over the upcoming years. A key focus will be supporting the service in how it looks after its staff and working collaboratively with the site Wellbeing team to achieve this, as well as supporting the service in improving workforce productivity and making the best possible use of the resource it has.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will have excellent people skills, be pro-active in their thinking and be confident in presenting new ways of working. Stakeholder management is key in this role and the post holder will be able to demonstrate experience of influence senior leaders in adopting modern people practices. The individual will form part of an energetic people team and it will be important that they are able to work well and contribute to the teams efforts in achieving the people priorities that have been set.
