We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated staff nurses to join our busy nursing teams who are committed to outstanding care. As a member of the nursing team, you will be expected to provide autonomous and collaborative care using our WeCare values to deliver a high standard of customer service which is at the heart of everything that we do.

Main duties of the job
To provide effective family centred nursing care to patients and their families. Ensure that evidence based practice is performed at all times, taking responsibility for updating own knowledge and skill in line with Trust policies and procedures and NMC Code.
For newly qualified Band 5 nurses, it will be an important step in consolidating practice and completing all relevant clinical competencies, receiving adequate support form colleagues.

The Government has announced that the legal requirement for all NHS workers in England, to be double vaccinated,is currently under legislative review.
We do however encourage those in roles that have face to face contact with patients to be double vaccinated against COVID-19 (unless they are medically exempt), and are continuing to support the vaccination uptake for all staff as this remains the best line of defence.
