Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisenfor an experienced, dedicated and innovative registered nurse to join the team working full time (37.5 hours per week secondment/fixed term for 12 months). This post is to cover the maternity leave of the existing post holder.
The post holderis responsible for delivering a high standard of specialist nursing care within the specialist service and will ensure high standards of nursing care is provided to all patients/clients.
Main duties of the job
Based at Russell's Hall Hospital, the postholder will be expected to work at sites across the Dudley Groups of Hospitals and Community sites . Supporting the team in providing professional advice to other members of the multidisciplinary team; assist in developing the skills and knowledge of staff to deliver high quality care and achieve the performance targets for the specialty.
The post holder will act as a role model within the team. Upholding the Trust's visions and values, you will be considered to be an ambassador of the Dudley Group Trust.
