Job summary
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and self-motivated person to join the physiologist staff of the Multidisciplinary Respiratory Team for the Lung Function Unit based at Russells Hall Hospital.
This is a permanent post and the successful applicant is not expected to have experience in any of the main duties. Full training will be provided in all aspects of the job and the post holder's competence to perform any given task will be assessed. The post-holder will be required to complete an in-house training programme and attain the required levels of competence.
Main duties of the job
The post-holder will be required to answer telephone queries, generate patient appointment letters, gather sleep service consumables and other similar duties working in an office environment.
Unfortunately, due to our current staffing levels and workload pressures we cannot accommodate any informal visits to the department and therefore apologise for this in advance.
