The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust are looking for our next Medical Director. Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for the professional leadership of the medical and dental workforce, advise the Board on key medical issues and share collective responsibility with other Directors including the Chief Nurse and Chief Operating officer for Board decisions and their implementation in line with the Trust values.
You will champion the quality of care to our patients and wellbeing of colleagues and have a key role in improving our workforce diversity and leadership as well as improving public health inequalities, ensuring the Trust is a Centre of Excellence for all patient care across the medical and dental workforce.
