District Nurse Team Lead-12 month Secondment
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, enthusiastic District Nurse with a Community Nursing Specialist Qualification to take up the post of Band 7 District Nurse Team Leader within the Community with Core Clinical Services (CCCS) Division working across the Dudley Borough.
Main duties of the job
The post-holder has overall accountability for the District Nursing Team within their Primary Care Network (PCN), and responsibility for the ongoing assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care for patients on the District Nursing caseload.
