Job summary

An exciting opportunity to join our innovative and supportive safeguarding team. We are recruiting to a safeguarding administrator post and are seeking someone who is able to work in a fast paced environment, has the ability to manage competing demands and is confident at utilising word, excel, outlook and Microsoft Teams. In return you will work in a highly respected team that cares as much for each other as they do for vulnerable adults and children and where your ideas and innovations will be encouraged and supported. Experience in a health or social care administrative post would be advantageous but not essential.

Main duties of the job

The safeguarding administrator will provide administrative service to the adult and children safeguarding teams. This will include management of spreadsheets and databases, diary management, organising meetings, typing minutes, answering daily queries and general administrative duties. You will work closely with the Child Protection Administrator.
