Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Dudley Group People Services in a leadership role supporting workforce transactional services and systems ensuring the Trust is actively developing and improving its systems use for maximum benefit and ensuring is ready for implementing the national system replacing ESR.
The role requires an ambitious and motivated individual with demonstrable operational and implementation experience with workforce management systems with particular focus on Electronic Staff Record (ESR). The role also requires an individual that can demonstrate strong project management and communication skills along with excellent knowledge of the workforce solutions and their associated benefits.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will lead on the delivery, implementation, development and deployment of systems and processes to support the achievement of the Trusts People Strategy, the NHS Long Term Workforce Plan, and the wider workforce agenda, including the replacement of the national ESR system.
To provide expert advice and guidance on highly complex workforce information issues.
Establish effective and efficient processes to ensure collection, validation, analysis, interpretation and reporting of workforce data across the Trust
Responsible for providing solutions/recommendations relating to workforce information as required
