Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Administration Apprentice to join the Patient Experience Teamat The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust.
The Patient Experience Team is keen to welcome individuals with a positive outlook for this busy and demanding role. You will have the ability to see all patient feedback as an opportunity for the Trust to listen and learn would be an asset to the team.

Business Administration apprenticeship offers you the chance to earn a salary, gain valuable experience and new skills, whilst supported to achieve a professional qualification.

Main duties of the job
This will involve:
- Liaising with members of staff across the team, locality and organisation, external organisations asrequired and members of the public.
- To gain knowledge of the functions within your immediate team and the wider Trust.
- Tobe responsible for supporting a range of administration functions.
- Assist with the day-to-day operational work of the team.
Apprenticeship Programme details:
- Apprenticeship standard - Business Administration, Level 3.
- Training provider will be Dudley College.
- The programme will be on a fixed term contract for 18 months.

Salary will be paid at National Apprentice wage, £6.40 per hour with a yearly salary of £12,514.32 for the first 12 months. For the final 6 months, this will change to minimum wage for age.
Eligibility
Candidates must have:
- Maths and English - GCSE grade C or above, grade 4 to 9, or equivalent in Functional Skills at level 2.
Please Note: you will need to provide original certificates as proof of these qualifications.
Candidates who hold the following qualifications are not eligible:
- A degree / degree level qualification or higher in Business Administration or similar related subject.
- NVQ/QCF / Apprenticeship Standard Level 3 or higher in Business Administration.
- Candidates who have previously started or part completed a Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship, must declare this on their application.
