Opportunities have arise for individuals with no previous care experience to move into a role in healthcare as a Clinical Support Worker. Shifts will include 3 days of 12 hour shifts per week. These may include the occasional nights and weekends.
TENURE: Apprentice post for 12 months.

The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust is providing individuals with the chance to undertake an apprentice post, full time for a year in order to gain their Care Certificate and Level 2 Diploma in Clinical Health Care Support.
GCSE A - D or equivalent in English Language and Mathematics are essential.
Main duties of the job
The Clinical Support Worker Apprentice will work together with members of the Nursing/Midwifery team and contribute to the implementation of a high standard and individualised patient care under the direction of a registered nurse. The post holder will be required to communicate effectively with other members of the health care team and patients and relatives, and must also be able to recognise and report to the appropriate person, any changes in the patient's condition which may require the intervention of others.
The post holder will be assessed on their level of competency and required as part of the Trusts fundamental training and development programme for Clinical Support Workers to undertake a structured pathway of development to include basic skills and in house development programmes.
