An exciting opportunity is available for you to join the Same Day Emergency Care Unit.
We are looking for an experienced individual to join our team who has good time management skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Communicate effectively with other members of the health care team, patients and relatives.
Main duties of the job
Working closely with the Nursing and Medical Team in the Same Day Emergency Care Unit, the Patient Flow Co-ordinator will monitor and support patient flow through the Unit.
Working on a flexible rota basis working 12hrs a day covering 7 days a week, you will assist nursing staff with clerical duties relating to the admission, discharge and transfer of patients.
Communicate effectively with other members of the health care team, patients and relatives.

- NHS experience

- Proficient in the use of NHS systems eg; Sunrise, OASIS
