An opportunity has arisen to work as an Administrator for the expanding Community with Core Clinical Services Division.
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team.
The successful candidate will work alongside the Divisional Chief AHP and PA to the Director of Operations for the CCCS division.
Main duties of the job
To provide an efficient and effective administrative and secretarial service to the Divisional Chief Nurse/AHP/Add Prof Scientific and Technical and relevant professional groups and CCCS Divisional Management Team.To support the Recruitment, Selection and Appointment process in line with Trust Policy for agreed specialist areas.To support the CCCS Division with Complaints management and aspects of Division Governance administration.Act as secretary for specified meetings which require the recording of minutes, compile agenda and collate supporting documentation, equipment, room bookings, and identify follow up action, as required.

Essential
- GCSE Min Grade 4/C in Maths & English OR equivalent
- Keyboard Skills i.e., RSA or equivalent
- NVQ level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent experience
Knowledge and Training
Essential
- Demonstrates working knowledge of computer packages including N365, Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams
- Confident when working with staff at all levels, internal and external
- Experience of using audio
Desirable
- Previous knowledge of AMaT, Datix, E-Rostering and Trust systems
Experience

- Previous experience of working in an administrative support role supporting senior teams
- Working knowledge of secretarial skills including minute taking and letter writing.
