Dudley Group is seeking an experienced and knowledgeableBenefits Manager to join the Digital Portfolio Delivery team on a fixed term basis to support high profile project benefit realisation activities for the Trust. You will be joining an experienced team of project professionals supporting projects and programmes to deliver the digital portfolio. The Benefit Manager will support the projects within the portfolio identify all benefits and key changes the project will deliver.
Reporting directly to the Digital Portfolio Director, you will be responsible for instigating, defining and prioritising demand for digital, data and technology services based on value that will be delivered. You will review services after implementation to ensure we close the loop and learn from our activities. The success of our customers will be directly related to our success.
Main duties of the job
Be a key part of the Digital Portfolio Delivery Team is to identify problems and opportunities by collaborating across the Digital Trust, partners and citizens and in doing so contribute to the design and delivery of the Digital Strategy.
o Apply a structured approach and methodology for capturing the key views of DGFT, its partners and its citizens
o Define how benefits will be realised at pace based on cost of delay so high value work is broken down into small chunks and prioritised according to Trust and Digital Strategy strategic objectives
o Lead our DGFT digital inclusion activities and collaborate with partners to maximise resources across the ICS
