Main duties of the job
The post holder will be part of our medical education team and will carry out various projects / roles to support the education, training and improved experience of our junior doctors, specifically ensuring that social determinants of population health care are considered and incorporated within the curriculum.
The role may include:
delivering education and training for trainees and / or multi-professional groups
engagement with key stakeholders to develop the teaching, including patients with lived experience from the community
providing mentorship and assisting trainees with their quality improvement projects
The role also provides the opportunity to gain insight into medical education processes and infrastructure at Trust and KSS Deanery level.

Develop relevant teaching programmes with questionnaires to attendants to monitor impact. Develop leadership skills in working within and outside the department, engaging stakeholders and reporting to the people and organisational development group for assurance.
