  • Act as a role model for provision of high quality and safe care
  • Work closely with the Theatre Practice Development Leads across theatres in HHFT, ensuring requirements are prioritised and clinical standards are met and maintained
  • Ensure a learning culture is embedded and is reflected in the delivery of education and training, ensuring learning from patient safety events, complaints, patient feedback is incorporated and adapted into staff training and development

This role has a clinical element and the post holder will be expected to support the service clinically within their area of practice.
