Job summary

Owing to internal promotion an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Audiologist within Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust workingacross our sites. The successful applicant will be an integral part of our friendly Audiology team.

The Audiology department at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust provides a comprehensive range of diagnostic and rehabilitativeservices for children and adults with hearing and balance disorders.

Main duties of the job

This role will involve carrying out routine work in the Audiology department to include adult hearing assessment, hearing aid fitting, follow-up andrepair clinics. You will also be supporting our busy ENT service with hearing testing of adults and children.Applications are welcomed from newly qualified or experienced Audiologists. This is an excellent opportunity for a caring individual withoutstanding communication and interpersonal skills to utilise and further develop their expertise in audiological care.The ability to work as part of a team or independently is essential, as is being able to manage a busy and varied workload. CPD is encouragedand there will be opportunities to support this.Informal visits, emails or phone calls to discuss this opportunity are welcomed.
