Critical Care Charge Nurse/Sister

Job summary

We are looking for highly motivated individual with excellent communication and leadership skills to join our critical care team. You are required to co-ordinate the units, manage a team of staff and also lead in a project which could relate to health and safety, pharmacy for example.

Main duties of the job

We require an energetic, self-motivated and innovative individual who is passionate about critical care nursing to join our excellent team and who is willing to challenge and commit themselves to our continued multidisciplinary goal of providing exceptional service to our patients.

Demonstrate excellent qualities performed within the band 6 role that would enable to perform as a band 7. Could be required to cross site work as band 7. See job description.
