Job summary

Are you an OT who wants to do something different within an acute trust?

HHFT is expanding its services to include a Therapy Early Discharge Service, working with a Therapy Virtual Ward.

We are looking for the right specialist OT with the energy and drive to be part of this.

You would be part of our excellent team of clinical specialist therapists and as such would receive high quality peer support and strong professional leadership.

Main duties of the job

Work clinically to facilitate discharges, be involved in the establishment of the newly created Therapy Early Discharge Service and support the wider acute therapy team.

To work alongside the existing B7 team to provide support to the Acute Therapy Team Lead in the day to day management of the team.
