Site Maintenance Manager

Job summary

Based at the Royal Hampshire County Hospital this role is responsible for managing in house and contacted out specialist maintenance services for the Winchester and Andover hospital sites.

Using the FMFirst CAFM system the post holder will monitor and report on departmental performance against agreed kpi's to ensure a safe and effective service is provided to our patients and staff.

Main duties of the job

Operational management of in house maintenance teams.

Management of specialist contractors.

Manage the delegated maintenance budget.

Monitor and report on compliance against NHS and National standards.

Development and maintenance of estates business continuity plans
