Job summary
Are you an experienced Java developer and wanting to join a small enthusiastic software development team working within the IT Department of Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust?
The post underpins the Trust's vision to develop a flexible, clinically focussed, integrated Electronic Patient Record within a service orientated environment.
Main duties of the job
The candidate must be able to act as lead specialist in the field of Java development and play a key role in planning, developing and implementing software solutions. This role will engage with NHS professionals at all levels, across multiple sites. You will demonstrate a passion for developing systems to meet clinical needs and supporting organisational processes.The successful candidate will have experience developing systems using:o Java/JEEo Springo Hibernateo Eclipseo SQLo Agile
o Angular
Additional skills are Maven, Subversion SVN, Git, AngularJS, HL7, SOA, SOAP, CSS, HTML, Web services (Rest/SOAP), Tomcat Application server, Jenkins, SQL, SQL Server Management Tool, etc.
