Job summary
We are currently looking to recruit a Porter/Driver working at Savernake Community Hospital. As part of the Housekeeping team you will be required to provide a customer focused driver service for the site shuttle bus service and to undertake general Porter duties within the hospital.We are looking for people with a full valid driving licence, an enthusiastic approach to customer service and good team work skills.
Working hours are 1400-1800, Monday to Friday.

Main duties of the job
- To be a part of the team driving the site shuttlebus service for staff between the hospital site and the off site parking facility.
- Move equipment, waste, linen and supplies around the hospital site in a safe and timely manner.
- Ensure compounds, external areas and storage facilities are kept clean and safe.
- React to the service Porter Request system.
- Assist the Housekeeping Team in a variety of tasks when required.
