We're offering an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and forward-thinking Benefits & Transformation Lead to join our organisation on a fixed-term basis (12-18 months).

As the Benefits & Transformation Lead, you'll be at the heart of preparing GWH for transformational change. You'll drivebenefits realisation, ensuring the full value of a shared EPR is delivered across the BSW Group.

Main duties of the job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Trust-wide change management initiatives
  • Develop and deliver targeted stakeholder communications
  • Collaborate closely with the Trust Communications Team and EPR Programme Team.
  • Manage the dissemination of information and coordinate responses across the organisation

Essential

  • Masters degree level, or equivalent professional qualification
  • Post Graduate qualification in health informatics, Programme or Project Management or Information Technology
  • Prince2 Practitioner, MSP or other Programme Management qualification
  • Change Management qualification

Desirable

  • Member of relevant professional body

Experience

Essential

  • Ability to understand the requirements of, and work effectively within, a demanding project environment
  • Experience of working in large complex organisation
  • Experience of being able to balance competing priorities and meet personal and EPR targets within a fluctuating and demanding workload
  • Significant experience of advising managers on operational and strategic issues
  • Demonstrable record of successful line management of staff and proven team leadership and motivational skills
  • Experience of presenting and communicating information about risks and issues to a senior audience in a clear and concise way
  • Previous experience of working within a change environment
