We have an exciting opportunity to join our team, we are looking for an exceptional communications professional to join us as our Communications and Marketing Officer.In this role, you'll lead on managing high profile recruitment campaigns which will enable us to attract the very best candidates for a broad range of roles.
We'll look to you to promote what we do, and our offer as an employer, across a range of channels to put us on the map as a great place to work. Alongside this there will be a chance to work on Trust's retention plans and support the wider HR team in this endeavor.
We'll expect you to be a great writer with an eye for detail, but you'll also show incredible creative flair to be able to design and implement strong campaigns which deliver results. You'll be an all-rounder who is full of ideas, equally happy writing social media posts as you are taking photos and filming and editing video content.
A can-do attitude is essential, and you'll also need to be a good listener, able to understand the needs of a number of different teams and come up with clear evidence-based communications strategies which deliver results.
Main duties of the job
You'll work as part of the Communications and Engagement Team but will work closely with colleagues in Recruitment and teams right across ourhospital and community services.
The post-holder will work largely autonomously with a great deal of freedom, reporting in to the Associate Director of Communications andEngagement, with a dotted line to the Head of Resourcing.
They will be responsible for a range of day-to-day activity including managing andupdating the Trust's recruitment website and social media channels, writing, editing and filming content for all the Trust's recruitment channels,internal communications, and media relations.
