The Great Western Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is looking for an enthusiastic and flexible Band 6 MSK Physiotherapists to join their team in our brand new building. We are looking for Physiotherapists who want to consolidate and further develop their specialist MSK skills towards the four pillars of advanced practice.

Main duties of the job
To provide a high quality and an effective outpatient MSK physiotherapy service at various locality sites. The band 6 rotations are a year long. Your caseload is devoted to the rotation team you are in and some of your work will be a mixed out patients caseload to maintain a rounded MSK caseload.
The caseload is varied and offer the opportunity to consolidate and develop your musculoskeletal skills in a supported environment. The Band 6 Musculoskeletal post contains a yearly rotational where a percentage of your caseload is general physiotherapy, and the rotational part of your caseload is dedicated to a specific team within the physiotherapy department. The rotations include Spinal, Lower Limb, Upper Limb, Hands, Pain Management, Rheumatology.

Supervision takes the form of regularformal training and clinical reasoning sessions, peer review, case conferences. Access to advice and support from a senior physiotherapist is available if required, clinical work is not routinelyevaluated.
- To undertake all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner
