This is an exciting opportunity to join the transformational programme to introduce Team Based Working (TBW) to our Sectors and EOCs.
We are looking for a Associate HR Business Partner to be part of this mission for a period of 12 months (with a possibility of a 3 month extension). The vision for TBW is to create Real Teams headed up by our newly created team leaders which will enable the norm to be you are on shift with your Team Leader. We will redesign rosters for our operational staff to ensure we create this ability as well as supporting staff to have a better work life balance. This will create a deeper culture with compassionate leadership at the heart, improved operational performance, seeing our teams at work together and delivering higher quality patient care.
You will be joining the team at an early stage and will, in time, become the subject matter expert on the change process, hearing our employee voice and supporting managers to deliver this change.

Main duties of the job
The Associate HR Business Partner (HRBP) will report to the HR Business Partner and be embedded in either a Trust business unit, operational locality, specialist service area or as part of a specific programme for delivering transformation to provide specialist support advice and guidance to the Management Teams.
The Associate HRBP will act as an interface between the Operational Management Teams and the centralised transactional services, ensuring effective communication in relation to the establishment position.
