Job summary
This role will focus on enabling the rostering database to be a true reflection of staff working practices, and that best practice is followed by system users.
To act as a primary point of contact for user queries.
The successful candidate will be an expert in the Trust's rostering system, which is currently GRS.
Main duties of the job
An opportunity has arisen to join the Rostering Services team.
Duties include maintaining the GRS system, to provide critical & timely information relating to Rosters, Annual Leave & Timesheets, among other modules.
Owning work streams and developing processes that improve efficiency and quality within the team and GRS environment
Supporting the Application Owner through system User Acceptance Testing
