Job summary

The successful candidate will be working within the Digital Directorate, within the Clinical Applications team.

The candidate will be responsible for the management, development and maintenance of a primary clinical application and subsequent applications with which there are interfaces for.

This role will primarily be managing the 999 CAD system and applications such as ProQA, Lowcode etc.

Main duties of the job

  • To ensure that the application is kept current with new technology
  • To ensure that the application is meeting the changing needs of the organisation
  • To ensure that the application is current with regards to maintanance, database upgrades, mapping and address tools.
  • To work with the customers (EOC and Operations) to ensure that the application is ready for any future developments and changes.
  • To work closely and communicate with the Digital Informatics, Service Desk and Infrastructure Teams.
  • Working closely with providers to problem solve and to create new applications within the overall system.
  • To ensure that business continuity is considered in all changes within the clinical applications to stop single points of failure.

You will be working within the Digital Directorate within EEAST. Working with a small team of like minded product managers.
