We are seeking applications for the new role of Recruitment Administrator in as part of the ongoing Recruitment and Shared Services Department restructure.

Main duties of the job
- To regularly monitor approved vacancies on the TRAC system, review and apply next stepsas appropriate (advertise, chase documentation etc).
- To Link all vacancies to ESR in line with service requirements and timescales.
- Send and manage TRAC comms relating to the moving of vacancies through the recruitmentprocess from Advertising to Interview Outcome.
- Build rapport and strong working relationships with hiring managers to coordinate a smoothprocess for allocated vacancies.
- To coordinate the communication with candidates throughout the advert to interview stagesto provide updates, reschedule interviews and manage expectations of next steps andtimescales
- To readvertise vacancies as required.
