We are seeking applications for the new role of Recruitment Officer in as part of the ongoing Recruitment and Shared Services Department restructure.

Main duties of the job
To provide high quality and comprehensive administrative functions to support the recruitment and selection process, offering guidance, and advice. Delivering to required personal and Team KPIs.
This is a new role to the trust and will be supported by the growing resourcing and talent acquisition teams. Along with concurrent development and digitilisation projects in providing a gold standard to the Trust and supporting the wider objectives of facilitating safe and fast recruitment processes.
