Job summary
The post holder will be responsible for supporting the Trust's Head of Compliance and CQC Compliance Manager in the day-to-day management of Trust wide compliance and CQC related tasks and, in addition, monitoring and updating of the Trust's Continuous Improvement Assurance Framework.
The post holder will have a good working knowledge of regulatory requirements, including but not limited to:
- The Health and Social Care Act (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2008
- The Fundamental Standards
- The Hygiene Code
- Equality Delivery System 2022
Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities of the Role
1.1. Plan and schedule meetings/site visits in relation to Trust wide compliance and CQC oversight.
1.2. Compliance software data entry/updates/report generation.
1.3. Ensure ongoing personal and professional development.
1.4. To maintain accurate and contemporaneous records, securely stored where indicated.
1.5. The post holder will be the first point of contact for enquiries at all levels of the organisation in relation to CQC monitoring requirements and assurance software.
1.6. The post holder will support in the implementation, coordination, delivery and monitoring of CQC compliance related systems and processes within the Trust, including training at all levels.
1.7. The post holder will work as part of the Compliance and Standards Team to support in delivering high quality/effective oversight of overall compliance and CQC compliance/requirements.
1.8. The post holder will report to the Trust's Head of Compliance and CQC Compliance Manager.

- NVQ Level 4/above or minimum three years' experience in similar field.
- Full UK driving licence (maximum of 3 points - dependent on code).
Knowledge & Experience

- Experience in working with a range of different professions at all levels of management within organisations, to include senior managers.
- Experience of maintaining accurate records, with a high degree of accuracy whilst ensuring confidentiality, where indicated.
- Experience of data collation, organisation, and storage.
- Excellent working knowledge of cross-referencing evidence to ensure guidance is met in line with requirements.

- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to make sound judgements and assessments on projects which require various solutions.
