Job summary
We are looking to recruit a Management Support Team Administrator who is proactive and enthusiastic. The role will work alongside the Community Older Persons Service line based in Wymondham.
The successful candidate will not only demonstrate previous knowledge and skill set akin to an executive administrative support role but also the experience or desire to help support our Management and Clinical staff to achieve exceptional standards of service at all times. Enthusiasm and flexibility is essential to the role alongside a collaborative and open approach to service delivery and direction.
The role will include inbox and diary management, copy typing, minute taking, data entry and general administrative support to a Locality Manager and Clinical Teams. You will need to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills with a strict dedication to confidentiality.
Previous experience and confidence in the use of Microsoft packages is essential in the successful candidate. Previous experience of Trust IT systems would be of desirable although all training will be provided in this area.
Main duties of the job
You must possess excellent time management skills, a positive approach and be able to remain calm under pressure. The successful candidate will need to have the ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information.
Training will be given, however previous administration experience is essential.
You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication, prioritisation and administration skills at the same time as showcasing your knowledge of IT systems. You will also be able to evidence working flexibly and have experience of working to deadlines, on your own initiative and maintain confidentiality.
