Job summary
Do you have excellent communications skills and a keen eye for detail? Can you effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities whilst maintaining a strong degree of confidentiality? Wellbeing Suffolk are looking for an extremely professional, conscientious, calm and confident individual to be a Clinical Team Administrator.
This role will be supporting the Clinical Team. This will involve working closely with professionals and the general public. Working with different electronic patient systems to maintain patient information. This role will offer a variety of tasks, from referrals into Suffolk Wellbeing, making phone calls, updating patient records and general admin support to the clinical teams.
Main duties of the job
- Previous administration experience is essential.
- Full training will be given for this role.
- You will need to be able to demonstrate the strength of your communication, prioritisation and administration skills at the same time as showcasing your knowledge of IT systems.
- You will be able to evidence a flexible response to service needs and the ability to think creatively.
- Experience of working to deadlines, on your own initiative and maintaining strict confidentiality are also essential.
Essential criteria:
- Use of ICT applications/packages.
- Experience of working in a busy office.
- Taking and processing referrals via phone and online and extensive knowledge of all Microsoft packages.
- Dealing efficiently and politely with both internal and external customers in a confidential and confident manner.
- Professional exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills with a dedication to confidentiality are essential.
Fixed term for 1 year will consider secondments.
This is a hybrid role and not a fully remote position. The post holder must be able to work on-site according to service needs, with a minimum of two days per week in the office.Shift pattern for roles are 08:00 16: 00 09:00 - 17:00 10:00 - 18:00
The successful candidate will be based at either our Bury St Edmunds office or our Ipswich office, which will be discussed further at interview.
