Job summary

Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation Trust is a fast improving trust. We're working closely with health and care partners and voluntary sector organisations to transform mental health care to ensure the people of Norfolk and Suffolk get help and support in the right place for them, when they need it, to stay mentally and emotionally well.

We are now looking to appoint into our People and Culture Co-ordinator support the Director of Culture, Director of HR and the Senior Leadership Team for the People, Culture and Development (PCD) team. The team covers HR functions, education, leadership development and employee experience.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for an experienced and credible administrator who can support the senior PCD leadership team with accurate, prompt and highly efficient secretarial / administrative support. This will include providing and receiving information, which is sometimes complex and sensitive, to a range of staff internally and external to our Trust.

Ideally you will have worked supporting a HR, OD or training team previously.

You will be the first port of call for for incoming enquiries and queries and will be expected to take clear messages ensuring that internal and external people wanting to engage with the team are well supported.

This role will include managing inboxes, internal and external meetings, and to ensure agendas, minutes and associated paperwork are distributed to meeting delegates within required timescales.
