Job summary
A Clinical Support Team Administrator is required to support the Coastal Older People Service and Adult Mental Health Teams.
This will be to support the clinical teams with the everyday management of the administrative tasks needed to ensure the smooth running of the service.
There will be close collaboration with both internal and external staff, service users and their families/support networks.
Main duties of the job
To provide administrative support to the team in order that they can provide an efficient service to all customers.
To respond to the administrative needs of the service to ensure that the requirements of the organisation are met.
To provide non-clinical information to patients, families and carers, where necessary, including cancellation or rescheduling of appointments.
To take and process minutes for the team.
