Job summary
Our Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) Team, based in Kings Lynn, is seeking an energised Community Team Manager, to join their existing team on a permanent basis. This is a full-time or part-time role, with 37.5 hours available.
The EIP Service look after people in the Norfolk and Waveney area experiencing a first episode of psychosis and typically work with them for up to 3 years. Our dedicated team works flexibly between 8am-6pm, Mon-Fri.
From our base in Kings Lynn, we work collaboratively and have strong links with teams across our patch in Norfolk and throughout the system including social care.
You'll be joining a diverse team including registered nurses, vocational workers, psychologists, clinical nurse specialists and dedicated admin to name a few! This is a predominantly managerial position but there will be the opportunity for you to take on a small caseload.

Main duties of the job
The role of Community Team Manager is really important to the ongoing success of our service; this post will provide you with the opportunity to develop and work within a specialist MDT setting, you'll be able to support individual staff with developing their performance in their clinical work, as well as supporting with safeguarding and quality assurance.

You'll have a thorough induction and locally we can offer you the opportunity to join monthly CPD sessions covering a variety of topics.
We are looking for a enthusiastic leader who is creative with innovative ideas and passion towards providing excellent care. You will need to take responsibility for decisions and support junior members of the team. Communication is key. We are looking for someone who can communicate in a professional manner with a wide spectrum of people to achieve the best outcome. You must believe in Service User and Carer engagement in all aspects of care delivery and be someone who has the confidence in their own conviction.
