Leadership & Induction Co-ordinator

The closing date is 05 February 2026

Job summary

Help shape exceptional first impressions and support the development of future leaders.

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Leadership and Induction Coordinator to play a key role in welcoming new starters to the Trust and supporting the delivery of high-quality leadership and organisational development programmes. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating engaging learning experiences, working with a wide range of stakeholders, and contributing to a positive, values-led workplace culture.

About this role

As the Leadership and Induction Coordinator, you will take operational ownership of the Trust's corporate induction programme, ensuring every new starter receives a warm, inclusive, and well-organised introduction to the organisation. You will also provide structured coordination and delivery support to leadership and organisational development (OD) programmes.

This is a hands-on role combining planning, delivery, communication, and continuous improvement. It is well suited to someone looking to build a career in OD, leadership development, learning, or HR, with opportunities to contribute ideas, modernise approaches, and gain valuable experience in programme delivery and evaluation.

Main duties of the job

What We're Looking For

  • Coordinate and deliver a high-quality corporate induction programme that reflects the Trust's values, culture, and statutory requirements

  • Plan induction schedules in advance, coordinating input from senior leaders, subject matter experts, staff networks, and external partners

  • Ensure induction content is accurate, engaging, up to date, and aligned with NHS priorities and the Trust's People and Culture strategy

  • Lead the modernisation of induction delivery, including blended learning, interactive sessions, and opportunities for peer connection

  • Manage all induction logistics, including venues, virtual platforms, accessibility arrangements, materials, and hospitality

  • Maintain accurate attendance and completion records, updating learning management systems and sharing information with relevant managers

  • Provide high-quality coordination and administrative support to leadership development and OD programmes

  • Support live programme delivery, both in person and virtually, including participant support and use of digital tools

  • Gather, analyse, and act on feedback to continuously improve induction and leadership programmes

  • Build positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and act as a welcoming first point of contact for new starters

  • Contribute to improvement projects, evaluations, and pilots that enhance learning and development across the Trust
