Job summary
The Central Norfolk Locality are looking to recruit a friendly and experienced Senior Management SupportTeam Administrator to support the Parent and Infant Relationship Service (PAIRS), Perinatal Community Mental Health Team and the Lotus Service. This will be a split role across the whole Service and would suit somebody who is outgoing and confident, with the organisational skills to manage their own workload to support the needs of the service.
You will be joining a multi-disciplinary team of skilled professionals aided by a small group of dedicated administrators, in a positive and sociable working environment.

Main duties of the job
You will need to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a dedication to confidentiality and service user experience.
Customer service skills and full administration experience will be essential for this role. The post holder will also be expected to attend meetings as required, take minutes to a high standard and follow up on any actions as necessary.
You will be joining a dedicated friendly team. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook will be essential. Knowledge of the Trust system Lorenzo and ESR would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be provided. Diary management and the ability to support senior management colleagues are also essential.
