Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and conscientious administrator to join our friendly team, based at County Hall in Norwich. You will be working across the trust to support the leadership for Psychological Professions, Allied Health Professions and Social Workers.
You will need to demonstrate excellent organisational skills and experience in diary management, the ability to prioritise your own workload and that of others, and good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages. A professional attitude, interpersonal and customer service skills, and a dedication to confidentiality are essential.
- Working pattern will be 15 hours spread over 4 or 5 days a week
- Based at County Hall, Norwich, with occasional home-working
- Occasional travel will be required

Main duties of the job
You must possess excellent time management skills, a positive approach and be able to remain calm under pressure. The successful candidate will need to have the ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner, providing support to senior managers.
Training will be given, however previous administration experience is essential.
You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication, prioritisation and administration skills at the same time as showcasing your knowledge of IT systems. You will also be able to evidence working flexibly and have experience of working to deadlines, on your own initiative and maintain confidentiality.
