Are you passionate about driving digital transformation in healthcare? We are seeking a proactive and organised Project Manager (Band 6) to join our dynamic EPR Programme team at NSFT. In this pivotal role, you will help deliver key projects that support the implementation and optimisation of our Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system, working closely with clinical, corporate, and operational colleagues across the Trust.You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing defined EPR-related projects, applying recognised project management tools and techniques to achieve successful outcomes. Main duties of the job

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver defined projects within the EPR Programme, supporting the Trust's digital transformation.
  • Work collaboratively with clinical, corporate, and operational colleagues to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, monitor progress against milestones, and manage resources efficiently.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders and project boards.
  • Apply recognised project management tools and techniques to support successful project delivery.
  • Organise and facilitate project meetings, ensuring actions are tracked and completed.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with Trust policies and information governance requirements.
  • Support service improvement and change management activities within the scope of assigned projects.
  • Supervise and support project support staff, promoting a positive and inclusive working environment.
  • Contribute to project evaluation and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
