Job summary
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and enthusiastic Assistant Psychologist to join our dynamic Parent and Infant Relationship Service (PAIRS) in Norfolk. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a specialist early intervention service that supports the development of healthy parent-infant relationships during the critical early years.
You will work closely with Clinical Psychologists and other professionals to deliver psychologically informed interventions, contribute to assessments, and support families experiencing difficulties in bonding and attachment. The role also includes supporting service development, evaluation, and research activities.
We are looking for someone motivated, enthusiastic, and interested in service evaluation and service development. You will ideally have experience working with young people and their families and be able to demonstrate some knowledge of attachment theory and early child development. Travel around the geographical area of Norfolk will be essential.

Main duties of the job
The post-holder will be based within a specialist multi-disciplinary team, working under the supervision of a Clinical Psychologist. The role will focus on improvements in routine outcome measures, supporting service user voice and will offer opportunities in assisting in the delivery of evidence-based interventions. The role will also contribute to a range of audit, research and project work within the service.
