This role is ideal for someone who is interested in drivingthe improvement of quality of care, safety, and experience. As part of a Team of Leader you'll be managing the Central CRHT and have oversight of the 136 Suite.

You will be joining an established management team, with a wealth of experience.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and positive that can influence, lead, and motivate staff at all levels to deliver high quality care and provide expertise, support, and advice regarding all aspects of care with a clear focus on clinical risk and its management within the team. Someone who can lead with creativity, bringing inventive innovative ideas and passion to the role and has the confidence in their own conviction. You will have the opportunity to cultivate a safe environment characterised by learning, sharing, and working closely with the whole community and support the development of a knowledgeable team. This is part of a new leadership model which incorporates 7 day a week CTL cover so opportunity for weekend work.

Main duties of the job

Communication is key, we are looking for someone who can communicate in a professional manner with a wide spectrum of people to achieve the best outcome. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills are a must for this role as you will be working in an environment where creativity on how to approach situations is needed. Management of day-to-day operational or issues arising within Mental Health service delivery. Effective use of the delegated aspects of the budget

Ensuring a responsive, high quality service is provided to clients, their families and carers, maintaining compliance with key performance indicators

Allocate work to relevant services and monitor the team's contribution to the overall objectives of the Trust

Provide professional governance and leadership within the specified area, deputising for Manager as required.

Line management of identified staff within the team to include CPD, performance management, staff appraisals and relevant HR issues

Proactive recruitment of new staff and maintaining delegated staff wellbeing and retention.

Deputise for Service & Operational Managers as required.
