We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Matron to join our Community Teams based in the West Suffolk locality, overseeing our Children and Young People teams, serving the local populations ofBury St Edmunds and Newmarket.
In this pivotal role, you will:? Provide expert clinical leadership across Children's, and Specialist Suffolk Wide Neurodevelopmental services & MH in Schools? Ensure the highest standards of care within community settings, supporting individuals in their own homes and local environments? Drive service improvements, champion patient safety, and enhance care pathways? Lead, develop, and inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver compassionate, person-centred care

Main duties of the job
As Matron, you will work closely with the locality leadership team to ensure that high quality care is delivered within yourservices and will provide professional leadership to the nursing workforce.
You will promote a culture of learning and openness and ensure clinical staff have the knowledge, capability, systems and support to deliver evidence based care and embed lessons learned in practice for the improvement of patient experience.
